Tom Corbett, and Representative Tina Pickett for the signing of the 1349 – the Small Business Regulatory Reform Act at Pennsylvania Precision Cast Parts in Lebanon. The bill, which ERG Partners lobbied for, ensures that government agencies consider the impact new regulations could have on small business when new regulations are being created. ERG Partners represents the Firemen’s Association of the State of Pennsylvania (FASP), which, along with the Pennsylvania Fire and Emergency Services Institute (PFESI), provided the committee with a 30,000 foot view of challenges plaguing the fire and emergency services community. MORE »John Nikoloff is on the board of directors of SMC Business Councils. As such, he recently attended the SMC’s Fall Legislative Reception held in western PA. John Nikoloff, a founding partner and president of ERG Partners, a Harrisburg-based public affairs firm, was recognized by the Pennsylvania Chapter of the American College of Physicians for his exceptional “vision, dedication and advocacy which serves as the foundation of the Pennsylvania Chapter of the ACP.” The award was presented during the Chapter’s annual Awards Dinner held in Hershey on December 5.
